  1. I know it’s been too long since I’ve seen you. Will you be back at Tues night knits on Jan. 8? I have something for you.

  2. Hey there, beautiful! I hope you had an amazing holiday celebration with your lovely family! (Please give them my love.)

I gave my son, Kyle, Rock Band for Christmas, and we, too, have formed a “family” band!! I’m on base or lead vocals most of the time (I tanked on drums!) Kyle rocks on the guitar on the Coheed Cambria song (on expert! – I can’t imagine tackling that!)

Just wanted you to know that I’m thinking of you!

    Love and BIG hugs,
    Geri-Lynn

  3. Tom: I think you’ve got a long time to wait, but I admire your patience.

Marya: I will be missing knitting on the 8th, as the SLO Rewind series will be featuring Evil Dead 2 on the big screen at the Fremont. Bruce Campbell is one of my heroes so I will happily be cheering him on against the deadites. I think I may be missing the 15th too for a birthday party and the 22nd . . . well, we’ll see what happens then.

Geri-Lynn, my love: I hope you had a grand time with your family too. I can’t wait to meet them this summer. It will be nice to have faces and voices to match the stories you’ve shared with me.

My sibs each tried their hands at drumming while I was at work. As a result, they are amazed at my mad drumming skills. The drums are the hardest part of the game I think. I was scoring consistently in the 90th percentiles at the easy level; so, I tried the next level up and was handed my shattered ego on a platter. I’ll need hours and hours of practice to go up a difficulty level!

And honestly, I’d rather be knitting during those many hours.

  4. Come as soon as you can Stephanie. You are always welcome. :)

Chris is planning to visit again toward the end of Jan or maybe mid-February. I’ll let you know when I know.
